Skatemill Power Skating Session – improve stride mechanics, edgework, and acceleration training

Camp Format
9:00 – 10:15 AM (morning camp) / 1:00 – 2:15 PM (afternoon camp)
Group 1: Triple Threat Rotation (Skatemill, RapidShot and Skills stations)
Group 2: Skills Session on the big rink (skill drills → small-area games)
10:15 – 10:45 AM (morning camp) / 2:15 – 2:45 PM (afternoon camp)
Break time – please pack snacks and drinks, or purchase on-site
10:45 – 12:00 PM (morning camp) / 2:45 – 4:00 PM (afternoon camp)
Groups switch: everyone gets both technical training and game-action development
