- Skatemill-based skating development emphasizing stride mechanics, knee bend, posture, and edge awareness through guided repetition
- Station-based skill training focused on puck control, hand-eye coordination, and foundational stickhandling in motion
- RapidShot introduction targeting shooting mechanics, release fundamentals, timing, and accuracy before power progression
- Forehand passing and stationary receiving fundamentals with technical cues and direct coach feedback in small groups
- Small-area, low pressure flow drills designed to teach spacing, support and basic game timing
- Rotational station design with individualized coaching to reinforce core technical habits and support progression
