Together, Skillz and the Kachinas are committed to helping female athletes build confidence, sharpen their skills, and continue growing both on and off the ice.

Kachinas players have access to private training, small group sessions, camps, clinics, team sessions, shooting development, skating work, hockey IQ training, and custom group programming. With tools like the Skatemill, synthetic ice training areas, RapidShot, RapidHands, shooting lanes, small-area game spaces and more, Skillz gives players a place to put in meaningful reps beyond regular team practices.

This partnership also proudly supports the Leighton Accardo Memorial Fund, helping carry forward Leighton’s legacy through training opportunities and community impact that give back to the game.
